PayCentral is a payment facilitator between the payer and the receiver. The receiver of the payment is called vendor in general terms. Any organization like school or colleges can become vendor. Any payment made on PayCentral can only be to a registered vendor only.
To make a payment you need to search for a vendor through a search facility provided on the home page as well as find & pay page. All the vendors matching the search query will list along a payment button. Click the “Make Payment” button for the vendor you are interested to make the payment. The details of the vendor will be shown, verify the vendor details and the city to make sure it's the correct vendor (a school can have different branches in same or different city with same school name).
Select the payment purpose for which you are making payment (eg.: Class I First Quarter Fees) and enter the details asked by the vendor and make the payment by clicking the "Pay Now" button.
The payment can be made on PayCentral only to the registered vendors like Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Classes, NGOs, Charity Organizations, etc. PayCental does not allow payments to individuals.
All the modern mode of payment are available like Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, UPI and Wallets.
There are 2 types of extra charges which are PayCentral service charge and Payment Gateway Charges.
The PayCentral service charge can be different for different vendors and even different for different purpose with the same vendor. This charge will be shown before you proceed for the payment as "Service Charge".
The Payment gateway charges are the bank and card processing agency which varies with the mode of payment selected for the payment.
To become a vendor with PayCentral you need to fill the vendor registration form. Once the details are received by us we will verify all the details provided by you as well the nature of your business. If everything is found to be good, your vendor account will be activated and you can login in to your account. Status of your registration will be notified through SMS and Email.

Organizations like Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Classes, NGOs, Charity Organizations, Websites or organizations who takes one-time or recurring payments from their customers/subscribers and their business adhere to the legal norms setup by the government of India respective authorities. PayCentral only allows payment to organization, payments cannot be done to individuals.
The most important benefit of becoming vendor is to get a safe & secure online payment facility for your business. Additional benefit is to get access to feature rich software console to manage all your payments and reporting tool for accounting purpose.
There is no setup or maintenance cost. Becoming a vendor with PayCentral is totally free.
Payment will be accepted against a purpose only. Once the registration process is complete, you can create any number of purpose to accept the payments. Users will see this purpose and make payment for that purpose. To know more about the purpose please visit the vendor overview.
Once the payment is made by the payer, it will be sent to our account after 3 working days by our banking partners. Once the amount is available in our bank account, it will usually take 1-3 working days to transfer funds to your bank account which is done using NEFT.
